We understand the need to reschedule. If you would like to change or cancel your appointment, please do so online at least 48 hours prior to the start of your appointment. You’ll receive a Cancellation Confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don’t receive that email then your appointment has not been cancelled and you’ll need to leave us a voicemail or send an email to cancel. If cancelling within 48 hours, 100% of your scheduled service will be charged to the payment form used to reserve your appointment. This includes no-shows.

100% fee of services scheduled will be charged for all no-show appointments. Please ensure to notify us promptly if you will be unable to make it to your appointment.
If you are late to your appointment, you may miss it. If we are unable to see you because of your tardiness you are still responsible for 100% of the service price of your appointment. The payment form used to reserve your appointment will be charged. Please arrive early to your appointments.

You must be 18+ for any bikini or Brazilian waxing service. For all other services, anyone under 18 years old will need a parent or guardian present for their appointments.

Your purchase is 100% non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, we do not offer refunds. While we hope you love your service and/or product purchase, we understand you may not. We perform every service to the highest industry standards and must stand by our no refund policy. In the event that a completed service or no-show charge is claimed as fraudulent or unrecognized, we provide the necessary documentation from your appointment and your IP address to show that this was a legitimate transaction.

We don’t share, sell, or otherwise distribute any of your information. The type of data collected by this website is generally used to analyze the client base and make better marketing campaigns.
